 We bring you news of the past event financial breakdown:

 

 

New Year Party - Saturday 22nd Jan 2011

 

Income:

Ticket Sales                 = £563.00

Food Income               = £107.00

Raffle Income              = £108.00

Total Income                = £778.00

 

Expenditure:

Hall Hire                        = £180.00

DJ Costs                      = £220.00

Raffle Prizes                = £25.08 (some prizes were donated by members)

Food Costs                  = £86.30

Drink Costs                  = £35.53 (mulled wine as welcome drink and fruit)

Total Expenditure        = £546.91

 

Leaving an excess      = £231.09 - This helps to keep trips and activities running at affordable costs during the year.

Bowling - Friday 28th Jan 2011

 

Income for Ticket Sales = £179.00

Cost of Bowling & Food = £161.30

Leaving a net excess of = £17.70p - This amount stays in the club funds to support other activities during the year.

Bingo - Saturday 5th Feb 2011

 

Income from Raffle               = £50.00

Expenditure of Prizes            = £11.28

Leaving a net excess of        = £38.72

 

To comply with gambling rules - All proceeds from book sales were given back out in prize money.
